What we keep

When you send a quote request, a document request or a message, we keep what you write in the form: your name, email address, company, phone number, country and message, and the products, quantities and grades you ask about. We also keep the page you sent it from, the campaign tags of the link that brought you to the website, if any, your IP address and the name of your browser.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to send you a copy of your request, to prepare quotes and orders, and to keep our business records. We do not sell it or pass it on, except to the companies that run our email and our website for us. When the spam check of a form is switched on, Cloudflare checks that the form was sent by a person.

Cookies and storage in your browser

• Your quote list is kept in a cookie named ozone_quote for 90 days, so it is still there when you come back.
• Sending a form sets a session cookie named ci_session, which ends after two hours.
• The campaign tags of the first page you open are kept in your browser until you close the tab.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer you, and for our business and tax records.
